Learn Warp early.

Warp has strong multi-source support. The wider ability table remains under construction, so this page highlights verified examples instead of pretending to be complete.

Quick answer

Go to the Ultra Video store at the Mall and speak with the shopper who teaches Warp. The current wiki lists Warp at no MP cost and says it returns you home. A September 13 developer reply confirms it can be unlocked early at the Mall and used to escape when stuck.

Warp is the best-documented early ritual.

  1. Reach the Mall.
  2. Enter the Ultra Video store.
  3. Talk to the shopper who teaches Warp.
  4. Use Warp to return home; the current table lists no MP cost.
Developer-supported use: Chris Cote specifically pointed players toward the early Mall unlock when discussing a way to escape after becoming stuck.

The current reference separates Rituals and Skills.

The collaborative official wiki presents two distinct tables—one for Rituals and one for Skills—with the same practical fields: name, description, how to obtain, and MP cost. The source does not provide a complete rules definition for the conceptual difference, so this page preserves the in-game grouping without inventing one.

Both groups include combat abilities in the current data. Warp stands apart as a travel utility, and some mending rituals are documented as usable outside battle.

A few entries have usable acquisition data.

Gold and MP figures in this sample come from the September 14 wiki revision and remain version-sensitive.

This is intentionally not a complete ritual list.

The source page labels itself under construction. It currently contains placeholder descriptions for Pumpkin Blast and Chaos Thorns, missing acquisition fields for several Skills, and blank costs on some entries.

  • Blank does not mean free; only Warp is explicitly labeled “No cost.”
  • A named ability is not treated as fully documented when its source or effect is a placeholder.
  • Counts from an unfinished table are a snapshot, not a promise of the game's final total.

Common reading mistakes.

  • Assuming every Mall vending-machine ability is a Ritual; the table also lists Skills.
  • Reading a missing MP cell as zero cost.
  • Calling an under-construction wiki table a complete catalogue.
  • Using Warp as evidence for an unsupported mod or console command; it is a documented in-game ability.

For gathering progression tied to equipment rather than abilities, see the Basic Pickaxe guide.
